Assisted Payroll - Escochex will process payroll on the client's behalf
The software will automatically calculate, file, and pay your payroll taxes on your behalf.
Payroll onboarding for new payroll clients. The onboarding includes but not limited to the following:
Set up and calculate garnishments and deductions from each paycheck.
Direct Deposit must be processed 4-5 days in advance for the employee to be paid on-time.
All check deposits can be processed at the client's discretion.
Escochex has features to help generate, create, and download reports for payroll history, bank transactions, contractor payments, paid time off, tax payments, and more.
**Beginning 2024, Escochex will now automate tax payments and filings. Automated tax payments and filing are available only for state and federal taxes. Enrollment in e-services is required.
Local taxes require the user to print the forms and upload them to the necessary local sites.
Note: In cases where clients failed to pay payroll taxes due to NSF, Escochex will offer to pay tax payments and filings for a fee.
